The Casita offers a more spacious room option featuring a three comfy twin sized beds.

The Venue
Just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita is a winding cobblestone road that leads to playa Escondida, the hidden beach.
It’s here, nestled between coconut palms and a quartz-adorned boulder on the shore, that you’ll find La Joya. Our retreat home for the week.

Danielle
Dr. Danielle Reghi, DACM, LAc is a practicing acupuncturist, cupping specialist and the co-owner of Zen Space. As a holistic health practitioner, Danielle approaches her work with empathy, inclusivity and individuality at the forefront. A specialist in pain management, digestive issues and supplementation protocols, Danielle works with clients to create an approachable and comprehensive treatment plan together.

Rachel
Rachel Brooks is the owner and an instructor at Seeking Space Yoga in SW Portland. A Portland-native and longtime advocate of accessible yoga, Rachel co-founded Seeking Space in part to open up yoga as an option for workers in Portland’s service and sex industries. It’s Rachel’s belief that yoga can help tremendously with anxiety, detox and trauma.

Kate
Kate Yuoska received her first 200-hr YTT certification in 2010. Since then, her love of yoga and passion for the vast knowledge of yoga grows everyday as she continues to advance in her trainings and learn how the mind and body can be used as a tool to empower myself and her students.
Every class she teaches,she hopes to offer a little knowledge and inspiration, so her students can strengthen their bodies, harness the power of their minds, and live life from a deeper awareness.
