Seeking Space Yoga

Join Lindsay for a 2-hour extended yoga practice. Two hours to build real strength, find genuine flexibility, and breathe through it all. We’ll move through progressive sequencing, building toward peak expression: arm balances, deep backbends, and dynamic transitions that live in between them.

Join Lindsay for a 2-hour extended yoga practice. Two hours to build real strength, find genuine flexibility, and breathe through it all. Expect breath-driven flow, structure, and space to explore your edge with curiosity. This is where strength meets play, where we meet the part of the practice where things start to open. - grounding + breath work to arrive - progressive strength building toward peak poses - creative, playful exploration at your edge -arm balances, backbends, etc - extended stillness and integration to close
