Whether you are a beginning meditator or experienced, join for an exploration of the theme of Santosha, the Niyama encouraging contentment and gratitude, even in the most interesting of times. You may make a little heat in this practice, so dress in layers. You can take or leave any of the movement suggestions and there is no requirement to sit for your meditation. You find you!
