About the event
Join Melanie and A'Leesha for a Restorative Yoga+Soundbath Throughout this 90min journey you will invite the practice of non-doing, allowing you to rest and reset from your daily life. A'Leesha will guide you through breathwork, then a deeply restorative practice, with passive, prop supported postures and longer holds, creating space for complete relaxation and surrender. Throughout the practice Melanie will play the healing sounds of Crystal Bowls to deepen your experience, ending with a 30min Savasana sound bath. You will leave this space feeling rejuvenated, grounded and loved.
