Calling all runners and anyone thinking about starting their running journey! This workshop is also perfect for walkers and hikers looking to build strength, improve mobility, and move with more ease and confidence.
Yoga for Runners is designed to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more balanced both on and off the trail, road, or treadmill. We’ll focus on yoga poses and mobility exercises that support the areas runners, walkers, and hikers use most, helping to reduce stiffness, prevent injuries, and improve overall performance and recovery.
You’ll also learn breathwork and mindfulness techniques to increase endurance, improve focus, and help you stay energized and grounded during movement.
Expect a fun, welcoming, and encouraging environment with modifications for all levels. Whether you’re training for a race, enjoying weekend hikes, walking for fitness, or just getting started, this workshop will give you practical tools to help you move and feel your best.
