200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Seeking Space Yoga is an affirming space for all comers. Our training endeavors to provide diligent students with a foundation of knowledge and cultural competency, and appreciation from which to step into the role of Teacher.

We will focus on the why behind the how, emphasizing language that turns students’ attention inward, no matter the pace, or intensity of a particular practice.

Our trainers are experienced and passionate teachers who are interested in meeting you where you are, just as we hope to prepare you to meet your future students. The philosophy and history of Yoga will be woven into the nuts and bolts teaching of Yoga Asana and Pranayama. Best practices for cueing, up to date applied anatomy lessons, exploration of meditation techniques, and considering deeply the direction and implications of Yoga in the West will all be a part of this training.
